Finishing Line:

Beveling machine: it is able to bevel pipe ends according to the quality and tolerance specified in the IPS standard.

Flattening testing device: this machine flattens the samples taken from the produced pipes, according to the required standard.

Hydro-static testing machine: it is able to test hydro-statically all produced pipes to the maximum test pressure of 5000 psi.

Off-line ultrasonic testing machine: this 8-channel testing equipment ultrasonically tests and approves the weld seam, HAZ (heat affected zone), and the ends of each pipe according to the exact requirements of each customer.

Measuring Section: this step is in place to measure the weight and length of each pipe; a suitable space and appropriate equipment are foreseen for this procedure.
